Rover saloons from the P4 era through to the SD1 used a range of SU carburettor specifications. The P4 and P5 3-litre used twin SU HD6 or HD8 carburettors. The P6 2000 and 3500 used twin HS6 carburettors. The early SD1 3500 used twin HIF6 units.
