Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

International Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Please contact us at sales@su-specialists.co.uk if you are based outside the UK and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@su-specialists.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
