Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Returning Your Order

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange return postage at no cost to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for items that have been fitted, modified, or used; items damaged through incorrect installation or misuse; or special order items ordered specifically for you. Please verify the correct part number before fitting — contact us if unsure.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
