Pricing
Labour from £120 per carburettor. Parts are charged separately. You'll receive a full quote before we proceed — nothing is fitted without your approval.
How to Send Your Carburettor
Remove & Drain
Remove the carburettor from the vehicle and ensure all fuel has been drained before packaging.
Wrap Securely
Use bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Carburettors are robust, but linkages and dashpots can bend in transit.
Include Your Details
Add a note with your name, contact details, vehicle make, model and year, plus a brief description of the problem.
Send Tracked
Ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a tracked courier service and keep your proof of postage.

Yes — we work on all common SU models including HS2, HS4, HS6, HIF4, HIF6, HD6, HD8 and many more. If you're unsure, contact us with the carburettor type or your vehicle details and we'll be happy to advise.
What if mine is beyond repair?
We'll tell you honestly. If a carburettor body is cracked or corroded beyond salvation, we won't charge for work that won't fix the problem. We'll discuss the available options, including sourcing a suitable replacement unit where possible.
Can I supply my own parts?
We prefer to supply parts ourselves so we can guarantee their quality, compatibility and provenance. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before sending your carburettor to discuss the options.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all refurbishment work carries a [X]-month workmanship guarantee. Parts supplied as part of the refurbishment are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty.
